Refund Policy

As the products and services offered by HelloCustomBoxes.co.uk are customized according to the client’s requirements, it is advised that the client should notify the company, if the products delivered are not following the requirements and specifications, or are defective. , to support@HelloCustomBoxes.co.uk within 3 working days of getting the order.

Chargeback is not an option, however, free reprinting of the order is provided by the Company if the product is proven to be at fault by the Company. The error is determined by the Hello Custom Boxes management team.

Completed orders must be returned to the client within 8 working days with appropriate documentation or product faults and digital photographs at their own cost so that the order can be reprinted correctly. If the fault is at the customer’s end and they still want a refund, they have to send the printed work back to us, the company will provide a chargeback after deducting the product setup and shipping costs.
